Matti Ylönen, Ringa Raudla and I just published a mixed-methods paper on new corporate practices of secrecy-seeking capital in Review of International Political Economy. We combine interview and industry-seminar observational data with Estonian registry and board member data to explain these newly emerging practices and provide a building block for a new generation of tax governance scholarship in International Political Economy.
