I am fortunate to receive a generous grant by the Independent Social Research Foundation for my project titled ‘Antinomies of the environmental state: The state as market actor in the green transition’. A description of the project can be found here.

The grant is part of ISRF’s Early Career Fellowship Award scheme. It allows me to broaden my ongoing work on the role of the state as a market actor in the green transition and to further develop an empirically grounded political economy approach to the pressing question of a just and rapid green transition.
